A report from Semafor indicates Intel may be in early talks to bring AMD on as a customer of its burgeoning foundry business. It'd be a huge policy shift for AMD though, who likely does not want to partner with a direct competitor in their design business. Maybe Intel will split in two.

Intel can't split into two without violating conditions of the CHIPs act, but then again, it's not like the current administration cares about those kinds of details.
