Shareholders are getting screwed by this, no? The company isn't being bought, rather Nvidia is just paying a large sum for the rights to use the IP, and for the CEO to come to Nvidia. If you work[ed] for Groq as an employee you probably get nothing, right? Because Groq the company continues on with business as usual, except that Nvidia just got the rights to your IP and overshadow your existence.
