I will give credit to Salesforce for putting their money where their mouth is, though. If you're going to sell a product it only makes sense that you use it yourself. Probably should have figured out the big bag of words cannot actually replace those employees who were hired to think through problems before firing them.
If you need to "eliminate the inherent randomness of large models" you didn't have a product worth selling in the first place.
