AI adoption should happen naturally where it makes sense and is actually useful. I see developers using AI to write little scripts for random purposes all the time now. Nothing wrong with that. Forcing AI into workflows where it isn't necessary or where there isn't a human in the loop ensuring the results are sensible is problematic.
