Rumor is OpenAI is expecting to raise only ~$60 billion in the IPO, which wouldn't be enough to cover but a fraction of the deals they're coming up with. Really no idea where the money is going to be coming from, unless they stumble onto an actual AGI and start wiping out existing businesses.
