Can absorb the increased cost of memory and other chips for so long, now it's time for Apple products to reflect the cost of materials. Which are a lot more expensive.

It wasn't that long ago the price of technology would decrease over time, and quickly. What happened? A smartphone should cost like $20 by now.

It wasn't that long ago you could get a decent spec Mac Mini from the refurbished store for about $400. Now it's just constantly sold out, and the price of a new one is going to go way up. It's all DDR5 memory, the same stuff being used for the slop generators.

I want all RAM to cost $1mln.

Developers would start writing memory efficient apps again.
