(i) each share of Class A common stock would become one share of Class A common stock and one share of Class C common stock; and

(ii) each share of Class B common stock would become one share of Class B common stock and one share of Class C common stock

Existing shareholders will be able to dump their stock while retaining control of the company.

Kind of weird time to be dumping though, forward projections are increasing profitability. Maybe some institutions are just done holding the bag and want to move capital into SpaceX/ Anthropic/ OpenAI...
