Forward Industries is on a clear path to zero, and its a thesis any child could prove. The company can't make money from its core operations, let alone turn a profit. Just look at the Q2 2025 financials. - Negative profit of -$621,000 - Net loss of $860,300 The revenue decline has been relentless, down over 50% year-over-year. Their strategic divestitures are like selling off the life boats on a sinking ship to pay for a last meal. With cash & equivalents plummeting from $2.8 million to just $1.3 million in nine months, the burn rate is unsustainable. This ship is going down. Forward Industries has 12 months left, maybe 18 with continued dilution of preferred stock into more bag holders. From there's it's a spiral into insolvency.
