Applied Digital is announcing two 15-year lease agreements with CoreWeave. In this deal APLD will deliver 250 megawatts worth of infrastructure to power CoreWeave's artificial intelligence and high-performance computing in their North Dakota data center.
This all seems confusing to me - I thought CoreWeave itself was operating data centers to sell as infrastructure to other companies? Are they just now middle-men providing little to no value other than branding?
